• Module 1: How AI works (what you need to know) In the classroom, we immediately address the questions that usually remain unanswered: how AI really works, where it fails, and above all, what you risk if you use certain tools with your clients' data. We cover the European AI Act in ten minutes, through the eyes of a professional: which obligations really concern you and which ones you can ignore. And if you have specific questions, we tackle them immediately in class.
• Module 2: How to talk to AI (to get useful results) Why does AI sometimes answer well and sometimes seem to understand nothing? It almost always depends on how the request is formulated. We look at the structure of an effective prompt and test it immediately in class, on the documents and situations you brought. Emails, customer replies, drafts of deeds or reports: each participant works on their own case, and comparing notes with others in the classroom is often worth more than the lesson itself.
• Module 3: The right AIs for you. Not all AI tools do the same things, and choosing the wrong one means wasting time. In this module, we compare the main models from a practical point of view: which is best suited for reading and summarizing long documents, which integrates better with the tools you already use, which is worth paying for, and which is not. In the classroom, you can also bring questions about specific tools you've already tried.
• Module 4: AI in your daily workflow The most operational module. Together, we build reusable templates for your type of studio or office, and work on integrating AI into the activities you already do every day — without turning things upside down. The final exercise is individual: identify a task that takes up your time every week and build the process to handle it in less time, with the instructor by your side.

Two weeks later, we meet again. The classroom day doesn't end on the day of the course. After two weeks of independent use, the participants gather for another two hours: everyone brings the real cases they encountered, the doubts that emerged, the things that worked and those that didn't.
